Fixer provides home repair services, including but not limited to door repairs and installations. All services are subject to availability and are provided as described at the time of booking.

Booking and Payments

• Customers must provide accurate details when booking a service.

• Payments for services must be made as per the terms provided at the time of booking.

• Fixer reserves the right to refuse service in cases of incomplete or inaccurate information.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling is allowed once without additional fees, provided it is requested more than 24 hours in advance.

Warranties and Liability

• Fixer provides a 3-month warranty for parts and labor on all door repair and installation services.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

• While we strive to provide high-quality services, Fixer is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from our work.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure that the worksite is safe and accessible.

• Any necessary permits, if required, must be obtained by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

Intellectual Property

• All materials, designs, and content provided by Fixer remain our intellectual property.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Fixer content without prior written consent.
